New sales office in 2010

On 01st January 2010 John & Molt GmbH & Co. KG located in Hamburg-Glinde / Germany is going to merge with company Sonderschrauben Güldner GmbH & Co. KG. By this fusion all existing contracts will be devolved to copmany Sonderschrauben Güldner. There is no extra agreement necessary. There will be no changes for current client with handling of existing contracts.

Aim of this procedure is the connection of John & Molt to the production facilities of Sonderschrauben Güldner. This will also enlarge the current range of products. Sonderschrauben Güldner produces special parts according to drawing and individual fasteners from single pieces to large production runs with modern machinery.
