Sonderschrauben Güldner honors long-standing employees
Niederstetten, December 15, 2023 - Employees celebrating anniversaries look back on a total of 130 years with the company
The Christmas party of Sonderschrauben Güldner GmbH & Co. KG took place in a relaxed atmosphere at the Erdhaus in the Wildpark in Bad Mergentheim. In his welcoming speech, Managing Director Dr. Markus Beckert reviewed the year 2023 and highlighted the fact that the company was able to maintain sales at the record level of 2022 despite the challenging conditions.
The energy transition is in full swing and Güldner is investing in reducing its carbon footprint. The 800 kWp photovoltaic system currently in operation produces clean energy and is an important building block on the road to CO2 neutrality.
In addition to investing in renewable energies, the company is also focusing on electromobility. The aim is to completely convert the company fleet to electric vehicles by 2025. All employees also have the opportunity to charge their private electric vehicles at the company at low cost.
Güldner mainly supplies the mechanical and plant engineering sector, but also the automotive industry, power plant and medical technology and the aerospace industry worldwide.
In particular, Markus Beckert thanked all employees for the successes of the past years, which would not have been possible without the hard work of each individual. Instead of customer gifts, donations were made to the Bad Mergentheim food bank.
As is tradition, long-serving employees were once again honored on this evening. The long-serving employees are an important part of the company and have contributed significantly to the company's success in recent years with their commitment and loyalty. Markus Beckert thanked them with personal words, congratulations and gifts.
